My favorite D-3
I like that I can take this in a "homeopathic method", that is -- I put a tablet under my tongue. It takes maybe 15 minutes to completely dissolve, and the lemonade flavor is very pleasant.I tried the lime version and did not like it at all. It was way too flavorful. Too much zest. LOLSo glad I was able to find this version again!

Efficient
My blood levels were low in D-3 so my doctor recommended me to take this. I retested a few months later and the results were fine. Considering supplements' dubious ingredients in the current consumer market , KAL appears to be a reliable brand.
