These have a good texture but an aftertaste that lingers a little so if you’re sensitive to that you may wish to look for a flavor profile that cover it up! The quality and health benefits work well I’ve used them in the past so I would recommend this brand and iso like they combine two vitamins together so that you don’t need to have to take extras. It’s a good value for your money.
