I'm a size 10ish so I bought the 8/10 size which would be fine if I could figure out how to put the thing on. I thought the material would be a little more flexible but nope. After I figured out HOW to put it on it was near impossible to actually get it off again. Don't think this is for me but I'll give it a go

I followed the seller's instruction on sizing and ended up with a slightly bigger size. Have used it a few times but did not sweat as much as I thought I would. Will try it again and see if I would experience any different, if I do, I will come back and change my ratings to 5 stars

Just arrived. I'm usually size 12 but ordered 8-10 and it fits perfectly. Just as described. Seems like it will make me sweat a lot 😅

This is my second time buying this. This is a very great product. It does make you very sweaty around the area. Just a little advice to anyone who wants to purchase. Do not wash it on washing machine. It ruins the inner layer of it.

Has a little smell to it but I'm sure that's quite common with this sort of material. Just wash it following the guidelines and it's fine.I haven't used it yet though so cant comment on the performance of it but it fits well.

Sizing not correct. I measured myself and went for a Medium which was a size 8 to 10 which are my clothes size. I've just returned as it was more of a 12 to 14... came up larger than described. I will order another one as it is good quality but go for a small this time
