Our garage door was so loud, the darn dogs put on a canine concert every time we got home. It made more noise than a thunderstorm in a tin can when we opened and closed it. I believe they have a stellar reputation. ( Use this, not the WD-40 on your garage door). Anyway its been two weeks and the door is still quiet as a mouse when opening and closing. I took no shortcuts .. cleaned the entire railing sections with microfiber cloth and mineral oil.. you can use acetone, thinner or any cleaning spirit to remove and cobwebs dust .. then spray this on all moving parts and see the magic .. rolled the garage twice to ensure parts are lubricated and all screeching noise gone.. my two door garage and both doors like new and squeak free again ..
