Women's 3-9 Pairs Casual Thin No Show Socks Non Slip Flat Boat Line

While looking for socks that do not show for European adventure travels, I purchased 3 different types. I have posted photos of them in different shoes in case it helps anyone. All are quite thin, great for the summer. I decided to keep the blue/grey ones (by Thirty48) for very open shoes and the 'Hippih' (lighter ones in photos) socks- I felt that those stayed hidden best in shoes, especially lower 'boat' type shoes (see photos with the grey shoes). The differences should be evident in the photos. All were pretty comfortable (though I do think the Hippih were a bit better as the others bunched a bit more in the back. All also have the thin silicone pads in the back that keeps the socks from slipping (no you cannot feel them, and I am pretty picky on foot stuff). Dang these are great socks. I wear them with keds and vans and anything else where I don't want my socks peaking out of my shoes. The secret sauce is the tiny rubber band at the back of the heel. Without it, the socks would continually fall down, ending up in an uncomfortable bunch around my toes. But with the rubber bit they stay put all day!

Love these and highly recommend them.I bought a different brand previously. They were good too. Nice quality cotton, but the heels slip out despite having the silicone (?) tapes intended to keep them in place. These, however, stay in place.Some of the review complained that they were thin and end up with a hole right at the big toe. It's not THAT thin. I can see that maybe EVENTUALLY there can be a hole, but that would only mean it's time to get new ones.Some reviews criticised it for not being "no show". There are different degrees of no-show socks. Some are closer to the toes and intended for pumps, heels, Mary Jane shoes etc. Some, like these, have more coverage and are obviously intended for sneakers and the like. Guys, just look at the photo. If you bought these expecting it will not show when you wear pumps, you're being stupid.

After searching on Amazon for "no show" socks for my Van's, I finally settled on these. And I am SO glad I did. I wear a size 8 shoe.They are a great value, they work great. They are truly no show (for Van's and similar shoes, but not for "boat shoes", but I knew that going into it), they stay up on my ankle, and are very comfy. As others have mentioned, they do have a little "sticky" to help hold it on the ankle.The cons are they are very thin, so I avoid wearing them around the house as I would a typical sock. I do wash them on delicate cycle (with my other delicates) and lay them out to dry, as I'm trying to prolong their life due to being so thin. I do wish they offered an all black set for the same price, as white is difficult to keep white and I'm not a fan of the gray. But this is not enough for me to dock a star, as I knew the colors going into it. When I wear these out, I do plan to re-purchase these :)Update 10/23/17 - both sisters have ordered a pair and also love them (one is a shoe size 7, the other a size 9, so these work great for all of those sizes). They hold up well to washing (as I specified above), and I wear these 4-6 times per week. Still highly recommend them and still wish they offered a pair of all black (or at least a pack without white socks as they do stain easily).

These are some awesome socks. The heel stays up and they fit really well. I've worn them several times and they are well made.Edit: I loved them so much that I bought more. I also wanted to add that the seam over the toes is far enough back and is not too big that it doesn't bother me. Sometimes I buy socks and that seam drives me up the wall, but these socks feel great.

They are a gift for someone else but they look and feel comfy and cozy!

The socks fit my wife great. I will say that they shrink to a crazy small size once theyre washed. They fit fine once you put them on, but they definitely dont fit the same way as they did when they came out of the box. Perhaps it would be best to not dry them in the dryer, or on low heat. They still fit my wife's foot just fine! They just don't fit the same exact way they did in the beginning, if that makes sense at all. They just shrunk in a weird way. The socks are very soft and comfy and stay on great as they have a little silicone lining inside the heel.

These socks are a great purchase! I had a hard time finding low cut socks like these that came up a bit higher on the top of the foot than the usual “liner” socks. By coming up higher on the top of my foot, it gives me more comfort since my skin isn’t directly touching the inside fabric or tongue of the shoe.The material is slightly thin, which is normal for this style sock. I don’t feel like I will rip a hole in them easily, and I haven’t.My foot is average width and I wear a size 6 shoe in women’s. These fit comfortably.I can take or leave the silicone pad at the heel, though. My feet tend to get very sweaty, and when that happens the silicone really doesn’t help.But these still stay in place since they fit a bit higher on the heel than those liner socks intended for flat, ballet-style shoes.I am very pleased with this purchase!
