Keeps you upright on the pontoon
This Atwood post has been a great replacement while being able to still use the factory bases. They are not adjustable however are a reasonable replacement that work great and install effortlessly.

Good product.
Very good product but it did not worked for my boat. The bushing did not fit all the way in the base hole do to the plastic ball at the bottom of the bushing being bigger that the hole in the base. Not for 17 FT Deep V older model Lowe bass boat.

Attwood Extension Post - 11"
Very well made aluminum post, great fit. I needed to modify mine (cut it down shorter) for the passenger seat to keep seat height for the passenger below the windshield on my Sylvan fish & ski boat.

... 238 series swivel and posts with seats that were annoying to not only remove out of the boat
I currently have a 2001 bass tracker deep v that came installed with old 238 series swivel and posts with seats that were annoying to not only remove out of the boat, but to rotate the chairs. When i fish, i want a swivel that allows the seat to spin 360 degrees with eaze. att wood wall-i swivel with these new wedge posts allowed me to do this. I am very happy i bought this product. it will make fishing much easier and less annoying now. if you have an older bass boat with 2 inch slot mounts on the floor they will work with these posts.
