Acer 11.6" Laptop 2GB 16GB | C720-2103 (Renewed)

Shipping was fast and it arrived undamaged. The charging cord works fine and it charged up quickly. Set up was very fast. The cover and hand rest were recovered in a tidy manner, leaving only slight scuffs at the edges as signs of use. The battery is lasting very well. The keyboard works fine. As an older chromebook, the OS is too old to be updated, but since I only intend to use it for writing and don't need to install new apps, this is perfect for me and at a very low cost.

The worst refurbished laptop I have ever purchased. The cord they sent stays at 1 percent charged all the time and you can’t even unplug it to carry it around the house without taking the charger with you. A lot of stuff not in the computer. Won’t open websites. You would have to be a computer geek to figure it out. I am not. Last refurbished laptop I bought from Amazon was great! I hate this one!!!!!!

The photos are a little dark there were only like two visible blemishes you can barely see but my 7 year old thought it was brand new. Came with charger. Refurbanana sells a great product and it works for YouTube and the school sites so if your looking for a really good used chromebook for your kid look no further you can’t beat this price. No issues with connectivity either. Only thing is it doesn’t update past the last Android update that is the only thing and it doesn’t seem to affect chrome or anything else.

Definitely value for money, works like a phone with apps and such, easy to use and set up. It’s a little small but really I enjoy using it. It’s fast and they make cute sticker covers for it.

The media could not be loaded. This is still my first two days and I was really nervous getting this computer because of the reviews but I really love this little laptop. It works. Everything works, comes with a charger, and it's bright.I have no complaints as of now !

While the laptop does boot up and run multiple tabs fine the touchpad is laggy and doesn't work. It would move for half a second before getting stuck and right clicking by itself.

Unfortunately the reviews about the charger not working were correct, and I had to find a charger that fit into the port. Luckily I already had one, but these chargers are not as frequently sold so it would be an inconvenience to purchase a new one. Additionally, all keys on the keyboard worked fine, but right and left click using the mouse proved to not be an option. Your only way around it is to tap the mouse pad, which is easy enough but inconvenient if you are already in routine of hard clicking. Otherwise, the Chromebook is clearly refurbished with scratches in some areas, but mostly clean, and could pass for a brand new one without looking too closely.

I like how easy it is to use and carry.
