Yeah. Lot of ear buds promise good sound quality but this pair of sport ear buds are way beyond just good sound quality.1. Loud and thumping noice. I have not seen this kind of sound delivery in any of the recent earbuds my family has bought. It's surely above all of the ones we have on sheer loudness.2. Then the sound cannot be heard out.3. The noice cancelling feature works really great. The received could hear my conversation without a complaint.4. The Bass is excellent and we could hear the impact of deep bass . True pleasure.5. Treble is is very nice and all this silent tuners can be heard with clear dialogue.6. The fit well into the caseing and get charged up automatically. The power consumption is very less and hence the longivity if the charge both on the ear buds and the charging cum carrying case.7. Like any ear buds, pairing is instantaneous. Once we pull out the ear buds, they start pairing in TWS mode and with the phone as well.8. Even though the buds looks bigger than the normal ear buds as these come with ear around support , they fit well into the tiny charging case.9. They don't fall off the ears unlike many ear buds.Highly recommended. Better than the best.

So after 6 months of owning this product the right ear bud will not pair. I went to otium's website and tried to contact the manufacturer for my one year warranty. The number on the site doesn't work nor does the email. Amazon was unable to replace the item due to being out of Amazon's 90 days return policy but amazon was nice enough to issue me a 15 dollar shopping credit. So amazon gets 5 stars for trying to be as helpful as possible. I would not recommend this product to anyone because Its not worth it to pay 60 bucks for a set of headphones in which if they fail you cannot get in touch with the seller. Waste of my money. Seriously unhappy. My original review I gave this product 5 stars because it did work good. But when it decided to no longer pair. Well here we are. Dont waste your money, just get a name brand that you know you can get in contact with the manufacturer for replacement if there is an issue. Kudos Amazon for doing what you could to help, no compliments Otium for your inability to be contacted. I should have just saved my money and bought some Beats!

I am writing this review honestly and without being paid or compensated by the company.Like many people, the first thing we do is check the reviews on items and when I saw the reviews on these , I was very skeptical. Mine came in yesterday and after reading a re reading the instructions, I did the basic things that they said they would do and was impressed. Then I put them to the test: 2 phone calls with one and then both in, very damn impressed. Then I put on Phil Collins, Air of the night.....OMG...theses were the truth!!! I have bought 4 other brands from here, but these rank in the top overall behind beats , Bose. Please make sure you get the right fitting to maximize the sound. If you are unsure or have reservations about these? Don’t...they are the truth!!!

UPDATE: At first I gave these a 3.5 star rating (see below). Now after a few weeks, it’s a 1 star. The headphones no longer hold ANY charge. Very disappointing. I definitely don’t recommend these.3.5 ⭐️ These are great except for battery life ... which is 2 hours at +30% volume. The sound is great. The range is INCREDIBLE! I can walk to the mailbox with my phone in the bedroom without losing any of the signal. The battery life is abominable, though, at least for listening to music. 2 hours max. That is very disappointing. Otherwise, these are really great headphones for the price.

I lightly used these over 11 months and thought they were decent and fit my needs for working out and running, but it started having issues with connecting and sound quality about 11 months into the one year warranty. I reached out to use the warranty and they had me do some standard troubleshooting, which I did and had no success, and they said they needed to be replaced. All well and good.Then they said they didn't have this item any longer and offered much lower quality items as a replacement and I had to pay $8 shipping (which dropped their out of pocket cost to about $10). None of the items had the things I specifically purchased these headsets for (the ear piece and aptX support) and we're below half my purchase price. I offered some fair replacement options at similar or lower purchase price as my original purchase which they declined.Amazon stepped in and gave me 80% back on my purchase through a return. Hope you don't have issues because their support options are less than stellar.

First, they put a plastic cover on the each earbud over the charging spot on each earbud. You need to remove the plastic cover or they wont charge.I have struggled to find wireless earbuds that have separate volume buttons with and over the ear type of fit. Most of the ones I have tried have terrible bluetooth range. I use them for cycling, so when I put the phone in the back jersey pocket they would cut out. Most bluetooth headphones whether they are earbuds or other struggle with this test. These are the first earbuds that work.Sound quality is good, but the stock ear pads suck which hurt the sound quality. I switched to comfy tips and they made a huge benefit to fit and sound quality.These are my favorite set so far and I have used them about 20 times for about an hour each time. We will see if they last, but so far so good.update: Sadly, they didn't last. The left earbud stopped working. I think it is a problem with the case and not the ear bud. I noticed that one of the little metal charging adapters on the left side is loose. The case is really a poor design, its rounded, slippery, and not very robust.I kept it 5 stars because I contacted the company and they refunded my money. The search for the perfect sport earbuds continue.
