Little tricky at first, but easy to figure out. Works great.

Pros:-Compact enough for an office space or home. Ridiculously easy to pick up and put down.-Provides enough of a challenge: resistance throughout range of motion feels good.-Very polished and detailed online workouts and collateral.-Felt great after one workout, enjoying new challenges. I'm excited to start the 10-week challenge.Cons-As you're learning, you have to be aware of the shape and inertia, as well the knob/hilt/frame action, and tune your technique appropriately. Otherwise, you run the risk of it swinging into your face or other 'sensitive areas'. But good technique is not a negative. Watch the videos and practice.-You might feel a little foolish doing some exercises in a shared space, but you'll get over it. Just flex your newly chiseled guns at anyone who tries to diss you.Addenda5/22:-Range of motion is inherently limited, so you won't get that 'past the shoulders' on a fly. Still, it's a good tradeoff for not having to fling dumbbells around.-Gaining more confidence in design. I keep anticipating that my hand will get pinched when reseating, but it hasn't happened yet.

This is an outstanding product. It is incredibly light, yet seems to be sturdy. It requires minimal storage space. Yes, the maximum weight is limited to 25 lbs, but increasing the number of repetitions helps overcome this problem to some extent. It can be a bit difficult (and somewhat uncomfortable) trying to maintain a good grip on the OYO for some of the exercises. Yet, I much prefer the OYO to the resistance bands that I previously used. Of course, I still anxiously await the reopening of my community fitness center for a more extensive workout. In the interim, the OYO is extremely helpful in performing a minimal level of strength training.

Great product, especially if you are stuck working at home. Work out while you work.

Very weak design and resistance for an adult. Of no use to anyone who happens to not be bed ridden..Return policy gets more complicated with requirements as you attempt to utilize the return guarantee policy. Far far below the normal quality of Amazon products , the return policy is most certainly well below Amazon quality

My apologies, after spending a little time with this product, I've discovered it's genius. This thing is great. I love it.

PROS:- Wide range of motion and extremely versatility- Adjustable resistance- Relatively portableCONS:- No where to purchase more resistance disks, it should really go up to 35lbs at the very least- The two handles need to be longer to provide a wider range of motion- Need more grip attachments- Should really make the teeth of the gear metal at the very least something more durable, I can imagine if I let this thing snap back into place by itself it'll torque the teeth right off. It seems like a common enough problem from the previous reviewsIn all honesty, the product itself is great and if you expect a full gym out of this thing-- That would be naive.It's great for those who are stationary at your desk for hours of the day, especially work from home folks that are also heavily into gaming. I would advise getting proper training on free weight form before cranking away on this thing, I could see something getting hurt in the long term or build up bad habits when they do decide to get into the gym.
