Fit and finish are excellent. Item was all black not as shown in ad. Expect many years of service. Shipping was good. Should be fine for freshwater but can not make a call on saltwater. This item is orientation sensitive. The 3 degree rise, marked with an F mounts to the front of seat. I applied white lithium grease to stub and lock mecheizem before install. This should fit all 2 3/8 Swivel Eze tube lengths. Reasonably priced from this seller

Not right handed swivel lever
Solidly built seat mount but if the 3 degree seat slant goes back to front, then the advertised, "right hand swivel lock lever" is actually on the LEFT side of the mount.Not a big deal - should work fine!
