Favorite headest
I tried a lot of gaming headsets. This is for sure my favorite, expensive but worth it.

"Product Received in Used Condition Despite Being Sold as New"
I purchased the product under the assumption that it was new. However, upon receiving it, I discovered that the product had been previously used. There are many signs indicating prior use: the headband cover is dirty, as if it had been used with hair gel; the fabric on the ear cushions is dusty and torn; the charging base has lost its barcode sticker for unknown reasons; the charging port is scratched around the edges from repeated cable insertions and removals; and finally, the exterior of the box is scratched and sealed with tape, indicating that it had been opened before.

Good quality sound, kind of good materials but when i put it into the charging base i need to adjust it to charge a good product but the price is high

Great build quality, customization, settings on headsets
Amazing I love the build quality the audio is very good I love the customization in the PC application, the headset took about 4 hours for the first change. I am very impressed with how customizable and replaceable things are on this headset. The sound quality is amazing and the headset has lots of features. I am yet to use it to it's full potential.I did however almost damage my headsets because of a firmware update failure but all you have to do is plug it into another laptop and it will update.

Best Wireless headset for ps4
Best Wireless headset for the ps4 pro. Base station is a life saver. 15+ hours battery life. Comfortable for prolonged use. Awesome sound effects. Cool mic. No issues. 10/10.

Update always stuck on 0% through the software as well as the left ear always making a buzz noise.
I have bought this product and when I plugged it and charged it and wanted to use it it required update on the software which was stuck at 0% and and left ear was making non stop buzz noises.
