I love these pencils! They are not as "buttery" as the much more expensive Prismacolor pencils I first bought, but they have a greater variety and are still smooth as silk. One note: The tops of the pencils are not the same color as the lead, but are that exact color when put on paper. I actually make a code for myself by writing (with each pencil) the number, so I can go back and compare what color I was using, or want to use next. I now have a brand new favorite.

Appreciate the selection of colors. A real treat for the budget colorist. Cores are fairly hard so require a little extra work but the end result is fine. When finished with Vaseline or baby oil, the colors are vibrant. Thank you Marco Raffine and Amazon. Good job.

Best pencils I have ever bought! They sharpen great, color great and have a great variety of colors. I have bought about 10 boxes so far and tell my friends about how wonderful they are.

I really am happy with these pencils. They are well made and arrived in perfect condition. Nice color range and blend out well with a blending pencil.

Not as advertised. These are Marco pencils that are cheaper in other listings. Not as pictured. Bought because these had better reviews than Marco. Don't fall for it.

These pencils are fantastic. I am so glad I took the plunge and purchased them. A good range of colours, good range of blues, pinks and purples in comparison to many others. They are lovely to colour in with, soft to use, and some have great pigmentation. An excellent range. Though made in China, they do make good quality products at times, don't let that deter you, these are fantastic. To give you and idea, I use Faber Castell Polychromos, Derwent Inktense and Cretacolour (which I don't like much even though they are top of the range and they break too easily), and these though not up to the mark, are great with the amount of different shades of colours, and a great price.
