This is my first time using Hair Food products and I would definitely recommend it. Best part is it is sulfate and paraben free. It makes the hair soft, smooth and hydrated after the first wash itself. It also smells really good because of the combination of honey and apricot. My hair is less damaged and feels healthy and more manageable. A definite try if you're looking for a good all-in-one shampoo.

I've been looking for a good natural conditioner and I can definitely say this is the one. It gives me shine, volume, and softness all in one go. The fact that it does not have harsh chemicals in it is a plus for my bleached and damaged hair. The quantity that one bottle has is also going to make it last in the long run. Really good shampoo, I use small amount and it’s enough for my long hair. The smell is also very lovely. Moreover, my hair is very silky and soft after use, it’s a good treatment for damaged hair.

It moisturizes the hair well, without turning the length of the hair into "snot". Smoothes hair, but does not make it heavier. The smell is pleasant, unobtrusive (this is important for me). I keep it on my hair for less than a minute and it still gives a result. My hair is in good condition, not dyed, medium length.

The manuka honey and apricot has a very good combination which greatly softened my hair. I loved the smell on my hair which lasts for a long time. My hair is smooth and shiny after a week’s use. Happy with this conditioner.
