Are you kidding me? Who is writing less than a 5 star and complaining? I swear people are complainers for no reason. This product is the best thing I’ve ever purchased! Pls buy it l, it is amazing. You can even slide it down your back and it stays and no it doesn’t “bruise” unless you are mashed potatoes. Pain bye bye.

Power adapter not working
I have used it only 3 times and now the power adapter isn’t working so it’s not turning on.I can’t find anywhere how to contact the seller and complain or ask for a replacement.

It's really good though...
It's relaxing and amazing though you can start to feel the heat of the machine after 20+ minutes of massaging, this heat can be very nice in a cold country but I live in the UAE so I don't really need heat lol

Very good for the neck and back!
I bought this product as a gift for my dad... But I ended up using it as well... And speaking for me and my dad... We both loved it! Product was delivered on time and packaging was nicely done. Will write an update on the product again soon after using it for a few months ^_^ But so far, massage and heat is very nice!
