Simple Home Automation
The BestCon RM4C Pro has proven to be an excellent addition to my home automation setup, providing a seamless experience that I genuinely appreciate. If you’re searching for a reliable remote controller that stays connected to your network and works smoothly with Home Assistant, this is a fantastic option. What stands out about the RM4C Pro is its impressive connectivity. It maintains a stable connection to my network, ensuring uninterrupted control of my devices. The integration with Home Assistant is solid but I should note that setting up the RM4C Pro with Home Assistant does require some patience and a learning curve. Learning codes and assigning/making entities may take some time initially. However, once you become familiar with the process, you’ll unlock the full potential of the RM4C Pro, and the control and customization options it offers will be well worth the effort.

Does not Link to Alexa and No Customer Support (as of now)
Spent two days trying to connect this device to Alexa, but still nothing. If you do it through the Broadlink app (yes, another monitoring app) you get a "successful" link message, but it doesn't show up as an available device for routines, in Alexa. Then if you try and do it through the Alexa app, the app gives you a tab within the Broadlink app where you'll find a code allowing the link to happen. This code does not exist anywhere in the app downloaded via a barcode that came with the device. I have written emails asking for help both directly and through their website, and nothing. Crickets. It does provide control via RF and IR methods, but for my purposes, without Alexa compatibility, it's a waste of money. If I don't hear from Broadlink soon, it'll be returned. I highly advise for those looking for an RF/IR controller with Alexa compatibility, stay far away from any Broadlink option. It's simply not worth the hassle and frustration.

Makes things "smart"
I bought a bed fan (bfan) a few months back. This thing is amazing but it isn't smart. I wanted to make it work with alexa and my routines. This device made it possible. Now the fan turns on and off when I run the routines.Set up was a little cumbersome. The instructions were alright but they don't hold your hand. Make sure you give yourself an extra 5-10 minutes to set up. Other than the set up it does exactly what I wanted. I'd purchase again if I had a need.

Awesome for automating those items that only work by remote. Ir or rf
Easy and it works

Meh
Not impressed. It was very small and range wasn’t that great. Trying to find a good spot for it to reach everything you want to control is tricky plus finding a power source after finding the right signal location

Not bad, but not great.
Product works with about 75% of my devices, but the range seems lacking. Anything over 10 feet away seems to only work intermittently. Kind of annoying. I don't think I'd recommend it.

Does not work with RF remote controls
I purchased this to operate my LG TV, Comcast Box, and Powered Swing-out TV mount. It learned the IR remote control buttons but not RF
