Great Customer Service!
UPDATE:Had to update review to 5 stars (from 2 stars) for the GREAT customer service! I had connection issues with my first set of headphones. It was so bad that the headphones are absolutely worthless. I hadn't opened up the box or tested them for a while after my initial purchase, so I did not attempt a return or exchange, I just figured I was out the purchase price and took it as a lesson learned. However, after seeing my review, I was contacted by the Otium Direct customer service team. I shared with them the problem that I was having with my original headphones... They offered to send me a replacement free of charge!#GreatCustomerService!I received the replacement. Unfortunately, it still has some connection problems, but no where near as bad as my first set. I guess this particular model just doesn't like my Galaxy Note? But on the bright side, I also purchased the Otium Beats, which have no issues, and sound great. So I am happy with my purchases from Otium overall, and give 5 stars for customer service (even though I'd only give the Otium Power 3 1/2 out of 5 because the connection has some static or cuts in and out sometimes (but not terribly bad). Thanks OtiumI want to like these. I like the design, and the sound quality it okay. They even came with a little storage bag. However, the sound quality cuts in and out as if my cell phone is 35 feet away, even when my phone is in my hand. I don't know if my set is DOA, or its a design flaw, but I pretty much wasted money on these. Only gave it 2 stars because of the design and fit. Connection issues lost 3 stars.

Broke in less than a week, however Otium was kind enough to reach out and replace the unit free of charge. New set works well, and integrity of product has held up for more than a week.

No Low End / Bad customer service
They work as advertised but sound quality is sub-part. It's all high end. You will get NO lows out of these headphones. They also don't get loud enough for my taste.Currently, they are sending me a different style in exchange to see if the EQ is better. To be continued......Ok so they sent the Otium® Bluetooth Headphones CSR V4.1 which are WAY better, but they only sent one pair (I originally ordered two). I emailed them about the 2nd pair so they sent them out as well, except, the 2nd replacement pair was the same ones as the original set I bought. I emailed them back to let them know and didn't get a response for days. I emailed them a follow up and then got a response that said they could not send any more replacements and to call Amazon. I now have 3 of the pair with bad sound quality and one good pair. What should have been a simple exchange has turned into a big headache. I'm hesitant to recommend buying from this company at all after all of this but if you must, buy the Otium® Bluetooth Headphones CSR V4.1.

Four Stars
Doesn't fit my right ear well. My ears ache after wearing it more than half an hour.

Better Than OK For The Price
I need to give these things an upgrade. I'll leave my original review, but things seem to be much better in the reception area than before. I've been using them outside while working in the yard and no breaking up or static. I also got a phone call while using them and the reception was clear and they worked just fine for that too----------------------------------------------------------------JUST OK These are actually fine for most of my uses. I listen to a lot of audio-books, so sound quality is not a big issue for me. They are tinny and bassless though when you listen to music. Also, I have to have my Samsung Edge in my right pants pocket or chest shirt pocket. If I put the phone in my left pants pocket, the sound breaks up while walking. But, for the price, they mostly do the job I want them to do. I'd expect a lot more if they cost $50 or more.

Great buy so far - does exactly what I need
No complaints so far, they do exactly what I need them to. I've had them only for a few weeks now, but I run a lot, so they've had some hours put on them already. I would estimate the battery to be 5 hours+; I used it for two consecutive days, about three hours total, forgetting to charge in between, and my phone was still telling me there was at least half battery left.I had the Jaybird X2 before these, which was a catastrophe - these have lasted already more than twice as much as my previous four pairs of those, combined (yes, they were that bad). Which goes to say, they do seem pretty sweat-proof. I tend to put out a lot of liquid on my runs, and these have held up so far no problem. The sound quality is perfect for me. I'm not an audiophile, however, so others may not agree. The only thing I would say is that if they are uncomfortable, try all three pairs of the rubber earbud inserts; I ended up going with the largest, which hasn't usually been the case for me. I think that helped to fill my ear canal more, and funnel the sound well, and also to sort of push the entire earbud outward a bit. With the other two pairs, a part of the earbud would push against the bottom wall of my ear (hard to describe, but imagine the cartilage-y part just above where you'd pierce your earlobe) and be painful after a bit. But with the proper fit inserts, now I can wear them for hours with no problem.Price was also excellent, in my opinion.

Meets my needs.
The fit is a little awkward but I'm getting used to it. Very little bass unless I angle them just right. Works for what I need but not high quality.

Loved them at 1st
Loved them at 1st, but broke with in 2 months. The right earbud detached and the wires came apart. Don't buy.
