Defective !!
The battery holder worked well when I inserted 4 x 3.7 lithium ion battery into it. It worked for once and when I began using it for the second time, I was shocked to see that the red and black wire got melted due to the heat produced by these batteries and then, it caught fire at the batteries end. Immediately, I switched off the battery holder that stopped the fire. The wires could not resist the heat produced by the batteries. I don't think this is a good product. Why should the seller not use thick wires that can bear or resist the heat produced by these 3.7volt batteries ?. Of course, 4 such batteries are used too. Then, imagine the heat produced. Not only this, but even the other products of this seller either doesn't work or defective. Everytime I had to ask for a replacement or a refund. This is absolutely not nice. Isn't it?

The connection are in series rather than in paralell
Mostly when are doing DIY for powerbanks you need to use paralell connection rather than series which actually increases overall Voltage in case it is used in series. However i cannot return it now and it is of no use.
