Outstanding customer service.
First off I would like to thank customer service.Thank you.I received only half of my order. Contracted customer service, answered a few questions and they quickly figured out the issue and sent the rest of my order quickly. Thank you for a great experience.I'm using the 5 gallon jugs as an emergency water backup to my existing supply. These are easy to clean, fill, carry and store on a rack system.The jugs themselves are sturdy. I feal if I were to drop one, not more than 4 feet,they would not split out.Though heavy when filled, about 42 lbs, the carry handle makes it easy to move around.Does not come with a lid. However I use a rubber reusable lid which works great. Works great with a hand pump. I can take this to a job site where everyone can use.Overall a great water jug.Will purchase more.

Fast delivery, not exactly what I expected
I have used 5 gallon water jugs in my home for years. These are a little softer than anything else I've seen. Still durable, I expect, just not as stiff. Came with a little BPA FREE sticker on each, which seemed a little unofficial. I do hope they really are BPA free, as that is important to me, but the generic sticker gives me cause for doubt. They arrived on time, no problem, and in good condition though the box itself was rather beat up.
