Takes me back to when I was little girl.

Haven’t used this for my anxiety yet, but instead to help me slow down, stop my mind racing and focus. Particularly helpful when listening to an audiobook.As you can see the felt pens I use pretty much go straight through the other side, so I put a couple of sheets of paper between the pages.Lots of fun, wish I knew about these sooner - I’m 44.

Bought this for a friend who has recently moved to a care home. Something for her to do and call her own. She loves it

Of you like flowers, you'll love this book. The drawings are clear and there is a good variety of real and imaginary flowers. Some images may be a little trickier to colour than others as the book doesn't lie completely flat when it's opened. The pages are a reasonably good paper so certain types of pens and markets may show through to the other side but as the pages are one sided that may not be a problem. It's a good colouring book for the price and I'm very happy with my copy.

This is ok but the pages are a bit slippy to colour on might be better with felt pens
