I've searched several online and local stores for a 10 amp charger and couldn't even find a lower amperage one that is less expensive. Note, I said "less expensive", not cheaper. works very well. It charged my Jeep AGM battery sometime overnight to 100%. The battery had a very low charge , only enough to power the courtesy lights when door was opened....but "dead" if I tried to start. As recommended by the instructions, I let the charge continue until the FUL message was displayed. My older charger would not charge at 10 amps. The display is bright and easy to read. Just remember to select the battery type and pay attention to the connect and disconnect instructions. Construction, fit and materials look as good a more expensive units I examined. The clips are a bit small, but use an integrated piece of metal to connect to the charger cables. They are not copper, but appear to be steel. If you connect the clips backwards, the display will warn you. Very quiet and cool. This unit was manufactured in China...not my first choice, but check the box, it appears they are manufactured in more than one country.

This is a honest review of a great product! Boy have battery chargers changed!This little thing does it all. I use it for my Lithium-Ion Batteries along with the old acid type.Functions just like you would want. Easy to use for all the applications. Charge rate is better than I expected.Safety is first and foremost and this charger is made with that in mind.I was so impressed I bought another for my son with all his battery dependent vehicles.

I live in Buffalo, NY and am retired so I don't really drive my jeep as much as I would like to.So, unfortunately because of our bitter cold winters I would constantly need to charge my jeeps AGM battery every couple of days with my old(15 yr?) charger.The battery is about 4 years old so I was concerned that maybe it was time to replace it.Instead of replacing the battery I figured it was also time that I bought a new charger, so I decided to do that first.I stumbled across this charger, which to be honest seemed maybe a little too cheap to be very good. But with all of the great reviews and having a setting for AGM batteries, plus it shows the progress of the charge along with a couple of other features that my old charger doesn't, I decided to give it a shot.I am so glad that I did!We've had some absolute freezing temperatures and after charging the battery and being stuck inside the house for a few days because of a lake effect blizzard that we experienced, I went outside with the expectation of having to charge it up again.... NOPE!It started right up, with no hesitation! I am genuinely amazed!Before writing this review I wanted to see if it was just a fluke, but each and every time my jeep has started right up!This never would have happened with my old charger!As far as negatives go, the connection cables are a bit thin and the length of the cord could be longer, although I have always used an extension cord anyway. So no big deal to me.But it still works great and the price is well worth it so it definitely deserves a huge 5 stars from me!

I purchased this battery charger specifically to charge my AGM starter/accessory battery on my boat. I have a NOCO dual charger to charge the two batteries for the trolling motor, but wanted to be able to simultaneously charge the boat battery during multi-day fishing trips. My requirement was good quality, low cost, and 10A charging capability. This fits the requirements.I modified the battery cables to remove the clamps and install an SAE power connector for quick attachment to my battery from outside the boat. The wire diameter seems to be on the small side for 10A, but it should not be an issue due to the relatively short length of the cable. Compared to the NOCO charger, the wire diameter is much thinner and the cable is much shorter, which makes it a little inconvenient, but it is still (barely) long enough for my application. The AC power cable is also quite short, but an extension cord fixes this deficiency.I like the feature that it will indicate voltage and state of charge when you connect it to the battery, even without connecting it to AC power. This is useful for a quick evaluation of the battery state.Overall, I like the size, functionality, and 10A charging capability. The short cables are not an issue for my specific application, but may be too short for other applications.

Works fantastic. It’s built solid, it’s a decent size, it charged my battery overnight so I do not know how fast but I no longer have issues starting my car after trickle charging it. I just used an extension cord and ran it under my garage door and kept this device under the hood of my car.The screen shows me what level my battery is at and allows me to charge every battery I have.

I got a good deal for the discounted price I got it very compactable and lite duty, works good in a pinch and it doesn't take very much electricity to operate it i use a small power inverter as a auxiliary charger from my power source in my truck
