Iv brought the l/xl it would fit a small size 10 or 12. I can't even get it over my thighs let alone the rest of my body... am not the large..but big thighs.Not good for a larger size body or hips. Or waist.Please don't buy it.waste of money

I’m just getting a bit of a belly and will do anything to aid in its removal!Seems to make you sweat more, but can’t say it actually helps. I’ve brought another one so psychologically it must be doing something.Ps you still need to exercise!
