There are many melatonin’s that I cannot take because I am a very vivid dreamer and sometimes sleepwalk. I don’t know what it is about this formula that I don’t have side effects and it lets me get a good night rest. I have a lot of trouble sleeping and this product really helped me. The flavor is enjoyable and very easy to chew and digest. I usually take two at night when I feel like I may not be able to sleep. Sometimes when I do feel tired already and will just take one. Either way it has been working. I would purchase again.
