Great jams - but more bacon flavor needed!
I bought the Classic and Jalapeno versions. At first I was disappointed they only had a hint of bacon flavor. But I went through the two jars quickly as I put it on things like burritos, pizzas, ice cream, as well as the usual toast and crackers. They are an excellent balance of savory and sweet. I hope they come out with a supercharged bacon version.

We expected it to have a bacon flavor. All we could taste was sauteed onions. It was good on beef sandwich but not as advertised.
