Exploded
Stopped charging my laptop and then literally exploded. Sparks started flying and I could smell burning plastic. Save your money and your life lmao.

Brick died less then a year with light use. Edit: they sent me a new one.
Not much to say it will only last a few months before dying.Edit: After giving it a 1 star they contacted me to make things right. They sent me new one and made sure i got it and it was working. Great customer service!

Works like it needed, too bad the customer bought for ended up going a different route.

Works good not snug in charging port
It works fine charges the laptop and is a little loose when plugged into the charging port. My only complaint is the box on power cord gets extremely hot when using it for long periods of time. As you can see it got so hot my couch has a burn mark from the charger.

Works as Designed
Power supply does the job. Comes with an adapter for the computer end so it works with a smaller plug in.

Failed only after 1 year of use
This charger was a replacement to my original that came with the laptop I bought in 2018. It was under light use and has been tested with a multimeter as giving no charge. This one only lasted 11 months and then failed completely with no warning signs today giving no charge. I would go with a brand name like Chicony or the more expensive Acer OEM adapter.The cables are all still in excellent condition and still have the original bends from the packaging.Overall still looks brand new but is not worth it for its limited lifespan.Update: Reached out to support for a warranty replacement and just got it in the mail today one week later. Works just as good as the original. We will see how it holds up over time. Updated to 4 stars for good support.
