Hi, Cleaning your SEVEN&ME is so easy, just rinse the Moka Pot and milk frother under a stream of water. The "frother whisk" inside the milk frother is very easy to clean. I have attached a cleaning video. The components inside the espresso is up to the coffee you used.

Q: Why dose my moka pot don’t brew coffee constantly?

Please make sure you choose the right size coffee grind and pay attention to those 8 reasons might cause your moka pot doesn’t work properly.

Q: why the milk isn’t very hot when I do the coffee and the milk at the same time?

You might choose The Room Temperature Milk Mode, in this mode, you will get hot espresso and room temperature frothed milk, the milk won’t be heated. If you want to make the 60°C Milk Mode. Please press the power button 1 second to activate the coffee machine. Then double click beverage mode to start beverage preparation. In this mode, you will get hot espresso and 60°C frothed milk. If you want to make the Room Temperature Milk Mode. Please press the power button 1 second to activate the coffee machine. Tap the power button again and all ICON will blink which means you entered into “Room Temperature Milk Mode”, Next double click beverage mode to start beverage preparation. Then you should see the coffee machine start working immediately. In this mode, you will get hot espresso and room temperature frothed milk, the milk won’t be heated. Q: Is this a single cup serving?

The SEVEN&ME coffee machine can produce a double shot (60ml) of extra intense espresso each time, please make sure you add the exact water amount on the water level on the boiler of the moka pot, not too less or too more.
