Hi Michael,I received the Knotmonsters book from Amazon this morning. It has not been printed properly. Half the book is right, the other half has no header, the first line of print is only just visible, and the pages at the bottom are one inch shorter than the rest of the book. It was intended as a present for my granddaughter, but it is not suitable for a gift in its present state. I would really like a good copy of the book. How do I achieve that?Hope you can help me promptly as her birthday is coming up soon.Kind regards,MaryI received a very nice message from Michael this morning. This is what he says:" I unfortunately don't have any control over the printing/returns/refunds from Amazon as they are the publisher ". He said I could get a refund from Amazon. I don't intend to do that as he was nice enough to send me a digital copy of the book, and of 2 other books as a way of saying sorry.
