Knee Sleeves For Weightlifting [Pair] 7mm Neoprene Compression Support - Squat - Powerlifting Gym Fitness Men & Women - Black (x-small)

A really nice pair of well made knee sleeves, they are try to their description the neoprene quality is uniform throughout with an even thickness across all the knee sleeve. the thickness is 7mm and it feels just like any other 7mm knee sleeves I have bought in the past. I bought these for the size I needed an xsmall and they're nice and tight to help me with my squats. The compression is excellent around the knees when I'm lifting to parallel in the squats U do get a bit of a bump in the rebound out of the squat which is a nice bonus but it will come down to how tight you wear these (didn’t but them for that but it’s a welcomed carry over).I think part of the good feel to these knee sleeves are is because they are a bit longer over 11 or so inches you get more coverage around the knees which translates to a good sensation when lifting.In terms of the construction and build they are neatly stitches together the hems on the inside are very well joined there is no unsightly joins and the comfort from wearing them after a few workouts is good.Fit and comfort are on par with typical knee sleeves they stay in place ( will depend on getting the right size) I typically am advocate of slipping one size down to get that super tight fit which is what you want for squats and leg press but maybe no so much when doing cross fit.Other plus points to this set of knee sleeves is obviously the price at well below the typical $40-$50 price point for a similar style of knee sleeves you are winning straight away as the value is greater due to the extra length of the material. I was impressed wit the packaging and attention to detail of the product.I bought these with their weight lifting belt which I also am equally impressed with and they have made a great pairing for my lifting gear.I’ve recommended this brand to my training group as I think they are on to some good stuff here5 stars

I have to say these are a top pair of knee sleeves. I've got them all! at least 4-5 pairs Im always losing them and leaving one pair in my kit bag, the one pair at the gym etc so I like to own a few. Iv'e actually bought a few of these as the price to performance ratio is too good not to stock up, so I've bought from small to XL for my gym as well as for myself.As you know there are two real levels of knee compression, the really stiff high compression SBD level for powerlifting and the regular training and bodybuilding style knee sleeves we use for weights and really any thing else, I even wear them for when iI hit the hoops after a gym session to keep the knees healthy. These are in the same class of knee sleeve for your typical training needs not like SBD but in the same realms of rehbands, nordic lifting and the like. In fact I own all three brands, I keep my SBD for power lifting but I frequently where rehbands and nordic lifting sleeves I found them pretty similar in every aspectThe Exous performance sleeves bring a little something extra to the table, they are LONGER! yes they are about over 11 inches which make them closer to the length of the SBD's so I was delighted to test these out in my weight session hitting a number of exercises:4x6 back squat4x8 low hack squat4x10 leg press1 set walking lunge to failure.Enough of a leg workout to get a feel for these.My feedback is this:1. these are as good a quality knee sleeve as rehbands, nordic lifting, and any other brand in the same class under $502. The material and workmanship is excellent3. The extra length made a difference by adding more coverage to keep my knees warm and it felt like better compression as more of your legs and bod is in the sleeve filling it out.PLUS POINT - they stay on better as more grip around the knee.Conclusion.pound for pound best value and quality for this price point for 7mm thick knee sleeves.See my video for a comparison close up

The sleeves are worth the money. They do give me a certain level of confidence when moving about and working out. I experience severe pains on a daily basis from an old basketball injury that sometimes after sitting for an extended period, getting up is a struggle. My knee literally feels like it's out of place. I wear these on a daily basis to alleviate this and so far it has done fairly well. I bought them because of the extra inch or two in length that also compresses my mid calf which is also an issue from the same basketball injury. I gave it four stars because it tends to bunch a bit in the back of the knee when I sit. I think maybe they can try for an anatomic design that curves with the knee to avoid this. But bottom line it's a good sleeve

These are the real deal! Im fed up of paying through the nose for well known brand knee sleeves I mean really $35-$45 + shipping per sleeve! I don't think it will go on much more brands like this one are coming out with some awesome quality gear and I have to say that these knee sleeves are impressive for the pure fact that they are half the price for some the leading brands at he same quality - dare I say it if not better?? Inspecting the sleeves you will see straight away high quality workmanship, neat lines good stitch quality and they have paid some attention to detail by extending the length of the size of the knee sleeves by enough to make a difference they are 11 and 1/4" inch on the front side, how that translated to value tome was more surface area to hug the knee and that also meant more traction without the sleeve slipping down as much as it would a smaller sized knee sleeve.I rate this as A+ you can't beat them for price and qualityGood stuff EXOUSverdict BUY!

They seem like nice sleeves. Followed the instructions for measuring. I ordered based off that and sleeves should have been tight. Wore them three times and they have loosened up so much they now don't do the job. Sent an email to EXOUS no response. Not sure I would trust the size chart based on my experience.

Rarely use them for heavy squats but man do they help so much!
