soft and moisturizing
Great customer service. The color wasn’t for me. I ended up returning it. I highly recommend this for mature skin. I think if they had a virtual try on color I would have chosen a better color. I love Laura’s products because it aims for mature skin.

Laura Geller lip liner is the only disappointing product I have purchased through Laura geller.
I bought this because I have changed most of my other Clinique makeup to Buying the Laura Geller brand. I love all of the baked makeup and also the lipstick. It is very creamy. But when I received the lip liner, I was shocked because it seemed hard, and did not line my lips easily at all. I returned it to the seller. I repurchased my inexpensive Revlon lip liner for $$5 instead. I am hoping in the future, the lip liner from Laura Geller will be made of a formula that is more creamy and easier to spread...

Items were never delivered
I ordered this lipliner two times. H the e first time it was delivered in two days. The color was fine but barely stayed in my lip even though it’s supposed to be waterproof. It’s an okayed product. I wanted to try a different color so I placed a second order. It has been almost one week I still haven’t received the item. I tried canceling it because I’m leaving out of town. Amazon won’t let me cancel. So annoying
