Delivered Broken and Awful Customer Service After the Sale
Ordered 6, was delivered and one of them broken. Amazon wants me to send all of them back, even the good ones. I asked Amazon to just send me one, they refused and told me to contact manufacturer. The manufacturer told me it's not their problem, it's Amazon's problem. Amazon won't make it right and neither will the manufacturer.

The dish was a perfect size, but no company or manufacturers name imprinted on the dishes and box states made in china. Didn't find that before I bought them. Im not that comfortable with cooking dishes that are made in china.

Beautiful and functional
I have used these so many times. Right size - 10 oz for everything. I filled 6 of them with shepherd's pie and put them in the freezer for individual meals. I am very happy with this purchase. I think I will defrost them before putting in the oven.

Nice product but when it arrives damaged or faulty, ordering from Amazon becomes pointless.
I like the product and I'm happy with four of the six ramekins I purchased but (2) are showing cracking at the rims. It would be far simpler for the manufacturer or Amazon to look at the photos and decide re an obvious fault in what they sell. Instead, Amazon wants me to package up the complete order and return the complete order. Wayfair is much easier to deal with in this respect and is more customer friendly. I have been a fairly good customer of Amazon but I may have to revise my opinion and loyalty
