Great Kit
I bought this for my 13yo who is just getting started with learning techniques and experimenting with stage makeup. The variety in this kit is excellent! She has all she needs to create everything from simpler looks (like aging herself) to more complicated ones (like wounds). Product quality is great! Would definitely buy again.

Great addition to any makeup kit!
Professionally this kit had everything I needed for a quick fix to a photoshoot I was working on. It mix of colors and shades fit perfectly into my existing supply and provided me with a range that has to this day aided me greatly in operas, music videos, and promotional shoots.

This item was a Christmas gift, and the recipient love it. The only negative thing would be that one small bottle seemed to leak and was empty.

Watch out, here we come...
I bought this kit for my daughter for Christmas. She's an aspiring special effects artist and has already put the kit to good use. I was initially afraid that the kit wouldn't have enough makeup in it, but things are actually how they appear in the posting. Great kit, and a good amount of makeup, for a great price.

Buyer beware, marked up by $20 on amazon, AND no returns/exchanges...
Sister bought kit for my teen's bday, expecting to be able to do face paint. They ended up with what felt to them like chemical burns. Then, we did some research and noticed that Mehron marked this way up for their amazon store at $98!! Just do your research before buying. I used to use mehron makeup way back in my theater days 20+ years ago. The quality has gone way down. Then I realized they have a no return policy on amazon, and on their site, returns only if unopened. How would you know you had a reaction if you don't open something?
