Too Rough for Little Ones – Even Hurts My Head
I bought this hairbrush for my 2-year-old son, hoping it would be gentle enough for his fine toddler hair and sensitive scalp. Unfortunately, it's been a bit of a struggle. The bristles are much too stiff — even I, a 35-year-old adult, find it uncomfortable on my own scalp. My son has started running away the moment he sees the brush, and I can’t blame him.I was looking for something soft and toddler-friendly, but this brush feels more suited for thicker or coarser hair, maybe for older kids or adults. It might work better for someone with different hair needs, but for toddlers with fine, delicate hair and sensitive skin, I wouldn’t recommend it.On the plus side, the handle is easy to grip, and the brush itself seems well-made — just not appropriate for young children. I’ll be looking for a softer-bristle option going forward.

Great for little ones.
Pleased with this purchase. It has a sturdy handle so that my toddler can be independent with brushing his hair and is so much better than a bristled baby brush now that he has so much hair.

Not so soft bristles
I bought this as it was advertised as having soft and gentle bristles, IT DOES NOT! This hairbrush has the sharpest, and most stiff bristles of any hairbrush I've ever bought! I'm not even going to attempt to brush my toddler's hair with this she'd run a mile screaming OUCH!

Really good
Bought for my 18m old and works really well, she has a lot of hair but it’s very fine. It’s worked really well for the tangles alongside detangler spray

Not the best for little ones
The brush is HUUUUUGE wasn’t expecting it to be so big for a little ones hair brush. Its quite sharp on the scalp but it does get out the knots so I tend to just use it on the ends.
