Q: can this product backstab a 12 guage wire?

I believe you can "backstab" the 12ga. wire into the rear of these outlets ; I just looked at these and there are definitely holes there that appear large enough for the 12 ga. wire you will be using. Since these outlets are rated @ 20 Amps, I am 95% certain you should be able to do that.

Q: is it has wire clamper for straight wires or I have clamp J hooked wire?

These are clampers, they are very nice. Loosen the side screw slide the stripped wire in the appropriate hole and tighten it.

Q: Is it work in the Philippines?

The power in the Philippines is 220V. These are only rated for 125V.
