I cannot live without my hot-water kettle and was sad when the other one I'd had for six years gave up the ghost. I got this one because the price was right, and I liked the color (white). This kettle does the job just fine! It holds almost 2 liters of water, and it heats the water quickly.This is a no-frills kettle. For example, to pour water in you must manually lift the top. (On my previous kettle, you just touched a button on the top and it flipped open). You have to put a little effort into turning this kettle on (it has a click-button mechanism on top; my old kettle had a little switch at the bottom that you barely had to touch). This kettle shuts off automatically once the water is boiling.This is very lightweight, and you can tell the components aren't top notch. But it heats water quickly, and it was a great price, so I'm not complaining.

I have enjoyed this electric kettle. Higher capacity than others, and the pitcher lets you see what's happening. Unfortunately, it died after a couple of years. I'm still looking for a model with good durability.

I personally like this glass white electric kettle very much, it looks very clean. It is usually placed at home or in the company. It is very fast for drinking coffee or hot water and you don’t have to worry about forgetting to turn it off. (Home and company Both are in use, and it’s already the second one, and it’s a good deal to use each for a few years.)

The reason we purchased this kettle was for the large (2.0L) capacity because we make a large French press and separate cup of americano each morning so it needed to be able to hold all that water to save time. It does take a bit for it to come to a boil at that capacity, but it’s worth it. The ONLY reasons it’s getting a 4 out of 5 is because occasionally a makes a very loud screeching noise that we’ve tried everything to resolve on our own (maybe a defect?) and the top doesn’t seem to seal completely so when you go to pour it out, it pours wider than the spout and usually results in us having to clean up the spilled water on the counter. Nothing that makes or breaks it, but I’m giving it a 4 because we were bummed about those things. Other than those two reasons, we love the capacity and the white/glass/stainless steel sleekness in our white farmhouse kitchen!
