After opening the box, I held two balls in each hand and tried to massage the legs, arms, chest and stomach. Wow!! But it's so much better than I imagined! And by feeling like a part of my hand, I found a way out of that damn sore muscle pain. And I really liked the design and quality. Put it next to your laptop and massage your fingers while looking at the screen to clear your head. I love it so much! I highly recommend this massage ball.

The media could not be loaded.  When there isn't anyone to massage you or hold a device to give you a deep tissue massage, this set comes in very handy. Be sure to read the informative manual completely before use and be sure to test the surface suction before proceeding to use the different sized balls only after the insert board is properly inserted to the base. I always like to clamp the suction unit then yank on it to make sure it is secure because the last thing I want to do is drop it or it damages the floors. Make sure the board is properly inserted and ball is securely screwed on straight. I was able to use it on my floor, desk, closet door and a laminate old computer cabinet. But for me I can see myself using the door and desk and occasionally the floor the most if I am working on my feet or parts of my legs. But for neck, arms, back, shoulders, etc I would use the door and adjust it to the height I need. Surprisingly excellent suction power. Depending on the area you need a light massage or more focused and intense deep tissue massage, you have 2 sizes of balls to work with. Always go slow and don't push or force yourself too much. Enjoy a massage and gradually intensify the experience. I love that the box has foam inserts so I can insert each piece securely. I absolutely love the galaxy like blue color balls. The manual is so detailed and an excellent read. So be sure to read it completely. If you plan on using for 30 mins or more, be sure to remove it from the surface and re-clamp it for highest suction power. The manual does advise you to use a cleaning wipe to clean any dust or dirt off thr surface before using this set.If you just want to hold a different size ball and manually roll it on your arms, legs or neck you can do that as well. It is up to you what works best for the different areas.

I have a high stress job and tend to carry my stress in my shoulders. I have purchased many different kinds of massagers. This is, by far, the most effective. It allows me to get to the knots up under my shoulder blades and directly targets the painful areas. My walls are not smooth, so I attached to my refrigerator, and it works great! I am able to take it with me where ever I go. So happy I purchased.

Doesn't suction to the wall very well. When you do get it to stick it falls off pretty easily and to put it back up you have to disasemble it to do so. Not worth it in my opinion. The rollers do feel nice on your back when you get someone to use them on you.

Wide ball works great for larger areas and the smaller ball works great to get into tight small muscle areas. Suction works well on metal doors, however, not something you can keep up all the time but not a big deal. Overall, the product works as intended.

Don't waist your money on this junk! great concept horrible build quality! The suction cup states its for glass only. So where do you use it? a friggin window? Either way it doesn't stick to glass, a mirror, or walls or tile. As soon as you put any pressure on it it breaks suction. the ball is stiff and should roll with more ease. if they fixed those 2 problems it would be a amazing tool for working knots out!

Great product, are use this massage ball between massage clients to get through my workday. I really like that I can change the sizes out for smaller parts of my body. I will totally recommend this to all my clients

I like this product a lot . I’m in love with the large massage ball. I believe holding them and massaging your self or your partner is much easier then placing it on a wall. You will get a better experience putting in work to massage them muscles that been Aching for the past day or two. But if your all alone why not.
