Redmond Real Salt is a staple in my low-carb diet. It helps prevent headaches and fatigue by replacing lost electrolytes—way better than regular salt. Clean, unrefined, and full of trace minerals, it adds great flavor to everything. A must-have for anyone doing keto or cutting carbs.

Taste superior to table salt. A little pricey but quality is superior. My blood pressure did not sky rocket. Delicious in foods and no problem with it bring out the favor of the food.

Have been using it for a couple years now. It’s a great tasting salt, small grain size. Over 60 trace minerals that can help with electrolyte balance, digestive support, skin health, blood pressure, better sleep and some even say helps reduce cravings.

I used to use regular iodized salt, that comes in a cylinder shaped blue box, and stopped using it because Drs said that it was bleached and not good for you. I think Redmond's Real Salt has a saltier taste than the other salt and has natural minerals in it. So, we are saving money because we don't have to use as much salt. Redmond's have tiny little salt shakers that you can carry in your purse to use, while away from home. You can get two of their shakers, to fit in a mini hand sanitizer key fob or in a chap stick key fob.

My daughter recommended this product. I tried it and it is great. if you are tired of salt ,with no taste, try this. The only draw back is that it can be a little gritty at times. The flavour is worth it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love this salt! It has excellent flavor! I love how it affects the flavor of our food. We love it on beef, chicken, lamb, eggs, etc. We follow a carnivore diet, so the added minerals are a huge plus! Best “clean” salt on the market. And MINED IN THE USA!
