Comfortable
Excellent product quality, good to assemble, very easy to learn and exercise on the same. Slightly issue seat adjustment tightening. As it is not getting adjust. Everything else must buy.

Good option for exercise
Overall build quality is ok but main issue is with seat. After using just for 3/4 days seat condition got worst. Pandle got removed while exercising at just 25 km speed.Main problem -- seat is fitted in slope and you can not seat properly more than 10-15 min and need to take break. So if you can not do exercise continuously for at least 45 mins then this cycle is useless.I returned this cycle and received new one, but same problem with seat. Surprisingly Amazon or product dealer was not able to fix this issue and delivered new cycle again with same seat problem.Edit 21-oct - I got fix my seat issue. Now it's perfect for home exercise. After using for 2 months it's good option for exercise. Steardy and good quality product

बेहद निराशाजनक आफ्टर सेल इन्सटालेशन सर्विस
मन की शान्ति चाहते हैं तो इसे न खरीदें। खरीदने के बाद आपके घर के एक किनारे में बन्द पडी रहेगी। कोई इन्सटालेशन को नहीं आयेगा। एमेजान वाले कम्पनी का नम्बर देकर पल्ला झाड लेंगे। वे कहेंगे सर्विस रिक्वेस्ट नम्बर कम्पनी में रेज करें वह हमें दें। लाइफलान्ग में काल करेंगे वे कहेेंगे हमारे यहां सर्विस रिक्वेस्ट नम्बर होता ही नहीं। लाइफ लान्ग वालों और अमेजान वालों को काल ही करते रहोगे। 90 घन्टे से उपर हो गये हैं अभी कह रहे हैं 72 घन्टे और लगेंगे। पहले भी यही कहा गया, 72 घन्टे बाद भी यही कहा जा रहा है। कह रहे हैैं कि इससे पहली वाली काल आपकी ओर से आयी ही नहीं, वह लाग ही नहीं है। तो आपने हमें Your ticket ID is 582869 यह मेल कैसे भेजी? टिकट नम्बर भेजने के 48 घन्टे बाद भी कोई नहीं आया। हमने काल की तो कह रहे हैं वह काल लाग ही नहीं हई? ये क्या मजाक है? अब पुन: टिकट नम्बर देकर कह रहे हैं कि 72 घन्टे और लगेंगे? 72 घन्ट बाद काल करके पता चला कि फिर कहें कि वह काल भी लाग नहीं हुई। ये तो मजाक है, अनप्रोफेशनल।ऐमेजान को काल करो तो व सर्विस रिक्वेस्ट नम्बर मांग रहे हैं, लाइफ लांग वाले कह रहे हैं हमारे यहां सर्विस रिक्वेस्ट नम्बर होता ही नहीं।इसे बेच कर कुछ पीनट्स आ सकते हैं। निराशाजनक।लम्बी बातचीतों के पश्चात अन्त में अमेजोन ने साइकिल वापिस कर दी है। लाइफलांग वाले इन्सटालेशन नहींं कर पाये, ये इन्सटालेशन नहीं कर सकते इनसे वारन्टी की उम्मीद न रखें।

Dialer is not working at all
The media could not be loaded. After 30 mins the dialer shows 0 in every thing kindly fix this
