Francine Pain Rustique aux Cereales - 500g (1.1lbs)

This is a great staple in my pantry to make a bread within 2 hours without a bread machine. Super easy, only add water. Knead with my kitchen aid. Makes a delicious bread. Depending on heat and humidity, the outcome can vary. Some times are better than others, but every time it is delicious. The cereals are pretty substantial and give this bread a rich complex touch.
