Q: I have had my mop for less than six months and the sprayer has quit working. Small spurts of water come out but that's it. Any suggestions?

Same thing happened to mine. The handle for the sprayer just flood around like the lever broke inside it or something. Now won’t spray

Hi,for our microfiber spray mops for floors cleaning, you can add your favorite cleaner,just like disinfectant,essential oil, detergent to clean hardwood,laminate floors,ceramic. our suggestion is fill bottle with water and add 2 small teaspoons of your favorite cleaning solution,which is better choice to used on mop. Thanks

Q: Does this mop come with a wall mount so I can hang it up?

Hi, This mop does not come with a wall mount, you can buy a wall mount by yourself. Our microfiber mop handle has a metal ring, you could hang the mop on the wall,no need to make extra space for placing the mop,convenient storage. Thanks
