Q: Concerning the salt mill do I have to have salt that needs grinding up? Can't I just fill with ordinary table salt ?

Hi - no ordinary table salt is no good for grinders - you will need either sea salt or some nice Himalayan pink salt - you need crystals and the powdery table salt won't work, will clog up the grinding mechanism. Hope this helps ! You can buy canisters of sea salt in any supermarket - just look where the salt and pepper is.
