Q: I'm confused: in the product description it says "do not use on wool or silk" yet in the comparison grid "use on wool/silk is ticked? Which is correct

I love this product as it does seem to work on most stains, however it does state on the bottle not to be used on wool, silk, leather and dry clean only clothing and do not rub in to chocolate stains. I have not used it on any of the above but for cottons and some synthetics it works well. Hope this helps.

These were purchased to restock. Brought this gel many times - it’s excellent for cleaning small stains & collars. Finding it harder to buy in supermarkets & so brought these at a good price to restock. Would certainly recommend.

Easy to use and apply but...

I purposely bought to remove fat stains from a new sweatshirt but unfortunately has not worked on first application and wash, unfortunately I can only wash this sweatshirt on low temperature will apply again and wash again and see what happens when it drys out completely.I suspect that it would be fine on basic stains but no good for stains such as one mentioned above so probably a decent product for basics but didn't do the job I wanted it to
