I use these techniques every day
These breath techniques come in handy throughout my day and I am not an athlete. I am now very cognitive in my nasal breathing and find calm. I often leave my desk job to find a quiet spot to enjoy a mini breath session. The pages are worn because I continue to revisit marked chapters of this book to refresh and retrain. I recommend this book for non-athletes!

Loved this guide to productively efficient breathing. A-Z education in breathing physiology, exercises and testing. From teaching me how to have a fuller night sleep to helping me manage my stress better, this guide book rocks. I wish I had this during my NFL days.
