Consistency is key to get results

It arrived on time. I have tried to be diligent about using the charcoal powder twice a day.My teeth feel soooo clean after using this. I use it with a manual toothbrush even though it says it isn't abrasive. And I use it with a charcoal toothpaste I got for 99p because I read that people have issues with charcoal powder making a mess of their sinks. The toothpaste does a good job of keeping it in one foamy place. :DRoutine:-Charcoal toothpaste dipped in charcoal powder. Brush 2 mins.-Scrape tongue.-Slosh with equal parts (about 1.5 tbsp ea) 3% hydrogen peroxide & water for about 1-2 mins. I keep my head tilted forward so the peroxide is mostly touching my teeth. Not trying to bleach my tongue or gums, yo. (Didn't use hydrogen peroxide as long as the charcoal powder because it arrived a few days after.)-Rinse mouth out with water.-Smile away, lick super clean-feeling teeth, hold off on coffee/tea for an hour or two longer.--I still a lot of tea and coffee everyday, although I am more conscious of it now since I'm trying to have whiter teeth like days of old. My teeth routine probably would have had better results if I drank even less but goodness, I just love my tea and coffee.Sorry for the blurry pic. Someone else took it for me. But you can see the shade of my teeth.

Not good as they saying. It das a job but don't expect miracle after first use. It will take a month!I also recommend have extra toothbrush as it will stay black! And I recommend ultra soft curaprox toothbrush as yours gum can start bleed.

Good for whitening but would prefer a paste as his can be a little messy.

Ive been using it for a week now and love it! Lovely minty flavour and i could see a difference after the first use! The whole family uses it now and will definitly be buying again!
