Best mascara I've ever purchased

For the price I paid this mascara is not good. It’s clumping and it’s just not what I expected. I usually use the $13 price range of mascara. I spent more for a wedding and I bought an additional one for my sister. We both wore the mascara especially and she hated it too. I would return it, but I’m out of the return period.
