I use these daily. They're lightweight, a great fit and the battery rarely runs low except when I fall asleep wearing them. Noise cancellation is decent, although I can still hear the environment. Ambient aware is great for walking or when you need to be aware of what's going on around you. Sound is pretty well adjustable through the app. Bass is full and this set has a rich full range. It definitely doesn't feel tinny like others.The case is great and charges the buds quickly. Setup was a breeze and a way better experience than previous wireless buds I've had. Phone found them automatically without me having to go through some kind of summoning ritual and sacrifice a chicken. Absolutely recommend.

Great ear buds. The sound it great, they connect to my android phone right away and last a long time. This is my first time using ear buds. I have over ear headphones and wrap around ear phones. I don't use these while doing other activities, because of the problem below, but mainly while I'm sitting around and want to listen to something without disturbing my wife.My only issue with ear buds in general is they keep slipping out. It may be the hair growing in my ears or the size of the tips, but I keep having to push them in which in turn pauses my music or turns off noise cancellation or both. I don't know that this experience is unique to these ear buds.

I ordered these to replace a set of cheaper buds that I'd used for several years. Overall I'm satisfied but not thrilled.As noted in other reviews, these are pretty difficult to put back into the case. You have to orient them just right and I find myself fumbling with them alot to get them in.Sound quality is acceptable, although they sound a little 'tinny' to me. The EQ gives some help, but I still have some work to get them to warm up. Maybe they'll be better after breaking in for a while.My biggest complaint is probably the noise reduction. It works a little, but I can still hear alot of what's going on around me. I was hoping for it to be more effective.I will probably keep them, but if I had more flexibility I'd probably shop around a bit more. I expected more for the price.

Outstanding, exceptional and BEST! I have had many brands of earbuds in the past In various price ranges. Samsung, Sony, even Beats, also some of the lower cheepy brands because I was just curious of all the positive views that they received, and I ended up being so disappointed of crappy sound they put out.Anyway, I'm not going to make this a lengthy review, I'm just going to cut to the chase and admit these earbuds are bar none the BEST I've ever owned in terms of quality, sound- the sound and bass are amazing actually, on par or even better than the beats I've owned. , ease of pairing (use & setting up). I used to own a vehicle with a JBL sound system which was one of the reasons why I loved that vehicle so much.I took advantage of Amazon's prime day sale of these earbuds and got an even lower price. I was so impressed with the performance and price I quickly ordered a 2nd set (different color) before the price changed back to normal. Nice job JBL & Amazon 👍

I've always really liked JBL speakers for their value of price to quality, so I assumed these earbuds would be similar. On one hand, the sound quality is great (sometimes) for the price and the a battery life is excellent. I use these paired with a Google Pixel 8a.I work an office job and usually just put these in for an entire 8 hour shift with no problems. They're comfortable and light enough that I don't even notice them, though I do have issues with one of them not sitting quite right in my ear. I've tried all three sizes of silicone tip, but something about my ear shape just doesn't quite work with these. This causes me to constantly have to fiddle with it, though I haven't had it fall entirely out yet.I've not dropped them or had to test their durability so I can't say anything for certain on that front, though I did buy a protective cover for the charging/carrying case.The touch sensors on the earbuds work well and make controlling things easy with a one-two-three tap system that doesn't take long to get used to.They charge quickly, both the case and the earbuds, and I've never had any issues with them not lasting through a 40 hours work week at 8 hours each day, and usually longer than that.Connecting via Bluetooth was fast and easy, but this is also where my problems start. The packaging will say it works best when paired with the JBL Headphones app and I agree. Having the app installed makes the earbuds play at a significantly high sound quality. However, I've found the earbuds will also randomly cut quality and volume drastically, almost like listening through a wall. Sometimes this will self-correct, other times the quality is just shot for the day.I've tried toggling all of the various settings and features off and on, no difference. I've tried various sound sources like YouTube, Spotify, and Pandora, no difference. The only thing that I've found makes a reliable difference is uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but even that might only work for a day or just a few hours.When these earbuds work, they work really well. Unfortunately, they just aren't as reliable as I'd like. Because the issues are random and somewhat easily fixed, I'd still say there are worse options out there, but they definitely need to troubleshoot the app before I could rate these any higher.

Really great sound. I was surprised at how deep and loud the bass was. Case is a little larger than the JBL Tune Flex I had. The only complaint is the design of the round ear buds makesnthem fall put easily. So I'll probably use these at home and use the JBL Tune Flex when I travel
