headphones
I was hesitant to but this as it seemed cheap. But it works very well, so no regrets.

Slightly 'hissy'
Good and comfortable headphones. However, and this could just be me, if they're not worn in a particular position external sound leaks in as a hiss. When properly worn the sound is excellent and the microphone cuts out most external noise. I bought these for use at work in a busy office as my previous pair, without the stalk type microphone but with the hole in the ear piece, were picking up every background noise.Still good value even with the odd hiss

Good sound, but difficult controls
I love the pale pink metallic colour of these - lovely for the summer - and the sound is very good for music and tv/films/podcasts (and with very little lag time), plus they're comfortable to wear for long periods. They are also foldable, so great for travelling. The headphones come in a nice retail box which contains the headphones, charging cable, audio cable and a user manual. They connected easily to my phone and I've been impressed with the quality of the sound. You can also use the mic function while in Bluetooth mode to make calls, use voice search etc. So far, so good, and more than fine for me wanting to listen to Spotify or watch a movie without disturbing anyone else. What the pack lacks is decent instructions. The user guide points out the different features, eg the button to swap between 'six kinds of EQ experience' without saying what any of them are (swap and find out). There's also a slot for a TF card (not supplied and not explained) and I was not able to get the headphones to pick up any FM station, although that might just be me being inept. Also, all of the buttons are on the left side, which also seems a bit counter-intuitive to me, as most people are right-handed - it doesn't come naturally to use my left hand. In addition, the different 'buttons' (louder/quieter/skip/stop/modes/pairing are only written on the surface of the left headphone - there's no actual button or differentiated texture to let you feel where each one is, so I have frequently skipped a track, changed mode or unpaired the device by accident when trying to find the correct place to push whilst wearing the headphones. Rather frustrating. So overall, I like the look and feel of these headphones and my music sounds good through them. But, for only £9.99, they're very good.

Great for work
I do a lot of remote calls so these headphones are great, they stop outside noise in the call centre environment and they're comfy and work well on the other end of the line

Poor quality
Dont bother. Mic is very poorly made and just kept drooping from the connection onto the headset-seemed to have broken when adjusted. sound quality poor and just felt cheap for the price

Works as it should, not the best, but good value
Good value headset, little bit uncomfortable during the longer meetings. Microphone is OK, clear voice reported during Teams calls.
