D-Mannose works wow! It works very very well! I take 2- 1,000 mg everyday to prevent UTI's. To cure UTI's, I would double that, so two - 1000 mg twice a day. I'm prone to bladder infections I have weak kidneys. I haven't had one since buying this! Also, very important, try to drink water at least 3 liters per day.
