Less than 1 year after purchase scooter no longer turns on, Charging cord shows green for fully charged but the scooter does not turn on at all. I have reached out to the company, with no response, I have tried to file through assurian plan that I purchased but because scooter still under manufacturer warranty I cannot use the insurance plan i purchased. I have not heard back from Gyroshoes about what they are going to do as far as replacement or refund, or someplace I can take it to be looked at. Have had very bad luck with these - the one I have was a replacement because out of the box the original did not turn on after charge. Obviously there is an issue with this company if brand new and less than 1 year old replacement stop working.

It has become a good and useful friend and I love riding it to go to work or for fun in my neighborhood.It is my first time using a scooter but I can say it's very practical. The speed is correct for me. By the way, it has three levels of speed, the slow mode (mode 1 >=10 mph mph), the intermediate (mode 2 >=13mph) and the fast mode (mode 3 >=15 mph). Me, usually I ride on mode 2 and it's very comfortable for me.Depends on the road and the distance I ride, when I fully charged my scooter, I can ride it without worring during the whole day.I have a lot good memories with my scooter. Until today, I can say I made a good choice.I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to experience this new adventure as me.However, be careful, ride safe. And don't forget to take care of your scooter-frend so you can receive good services in return.

We have a very long level paved driveway and use this scooter to get the mail and take the trash out. It's simple to use and performs well. Having driven other similar electric scooters, bikes etc, this scooter does not have the power of a 450W motor, but rather a 250W motor. I'm over 200 pounds and with patience the scooter will obtain 14 mph on a level paved surface. The scooter was easy to assemble and charge. It's fairly lightweight and can be folded and packed in a vehicle. The adjustable seat makes riding around more comfortable. We like the rear basket for picking up the mail. We don't use the scooter at night, but the lights work well. This scooter is not a high performance scooter as advertised, but for the $300 sales price it's a great value. YMMV
