Works for what I need it for
I am using this as a wrap for a lymphedema leg compressionI wanted neoprene because it’s stretchy but also stays pretty well

Size runs small
My waist is 36 so I ordered the XL which is supposed to be 37" - 43". After wrapping it around my stomach there is only 2 inches of velcro connected. So the size definitely runs smaller than listed. If you are 32" waist you should get the XL not the L. Otherwise it is good quality. It's lightweight and has a little stretch to it which allows for better compression.

No compression at size.
I bought the XL because the description said it was good for 33-40" waists. At the lower end of that, it provided no compression. I can stick my hand easily between it and my skin.

Not enough width on velcro.I have a 33 in waist and can't use this when active.

Defective stiching
Returned for refund, stitching is inferior on the velco tab making this useless

Size
Well, I ordered larger size, 37" +, thinking I could tighten it more, but velcro only held atv37" Mark, and above. I needed the smaller size for 36" waist. Not much rigidity for the back either. I needed an upgraded devise for back support.
