Worked for 1 week. Insinkerator rep said might be fake.
Installed this and it worked fine for 1 week. Then the water flow dropped 50% after a week, and completely stopped after 2 weeks. I've had my water filter system for 4 years, and never had this problem. I called Insinkerator customer service and they walked me through a system check, everything was fine, and we determined it must be the filter. The rep said they've had problems with fake filters being sold on Amazon. Luckily I was still in my 30 day return window and was able to return it.
