After scouring the site for a mattress, and adhering to reviews, negative or otherwise, I decided to purchase this one. Not just for the outstanding value but for the description and comfort value.It came vauum packed and rolled in a sturdy cardboard box and upon opening it I had my doubts over its performance. But once it was released from the plastic wrapping (take extreme care when doing this!), in fact for safety issues get a mate to help you, it expanded rapidly. . It comes with a little gadget cutter so take care not to nick the mattress. Make sure you know which room it's going in though...It was left on a flat surface for, it states around 72 hrs but tbh I don't think it needs that long. I left it for just over 40 hrs and it seems okay. Once on the bed I sat on it, then laid on it. It is adsolute heaven! I know I have now made the perfect choice and look forward to sleeping on it full time.All in all, a good solid, quality mattress and great value for money. Forget about those TV ad ones that cost thousands. Trust me, me and the bf are well chuffed.

We ordered this mattress on the 10th of April.I wanted to see how it gets over time, but honestly we fighting who should sleep on it.It is firm and soft at the same time, very comfortable, I am breastfeeding so I struggle with back pain but this mattress really helped me. Once I lay on my backI can feel the pain go away. I didn’t want and I couldn’t spend a fortune on the very popular mattresses in shops but I am so glad we found this. I highly recommend this product. Bought the King size, 27cm depth one a couple of months ago to replace our old, dying King size and we love it. It was during a promotion and we paid £199. Use camel camel camel to see how much you should really pay for it as there are promotions all the time. For the money I don't think you'd get better.Delivery was vacuum packed and rolled up in an easily managed box. Tipped it out of the box beside the bed and then laid it out on top of our bed and put a couple of nicks in the plastic to let air back in slowly so it didn't knock me out by expanding too quickly then, after a couple of minutes, cut and removed all of the plastic easily with the supplied cutter tool. Didn't notice any abnormal smell and simply tipped it back off of the bed on to its side and left it for the 3 days it needed to fully expand before putting it back on the bed to use.Have no issue with the sides collapsing as stated by some. I'd say it was a bit softer than medium as claimed by the description but we find it very comfortable. The multi-zone support is great and I no longer get disturbed by my other half getting in to bed or visa versa which is brilliant. The cool gel memory foam top is great and have had no problems with over heating like I have when staying at friends or Air BnBs that have the normal memory foam mattresses.The main negative is the fact that these mattresses are shorter by about 3-4" which is a bit annoying and strange (and why I didn't give it 5*) but we just put the mattress to the top of the bed and filled in the bottom with a rolled up comforter. I'm 5'10" and so can't feel the shortage at all but if you're taller you might want to consider this.Are there better mattresses? For sure. You'll need to greatly increase your budget by several hundred pounds to get one though. I recommend and wish I'd got one a long time ago.

This mattress comes in a box and within a few minutes after unwrapping it was a full size double. Instructions said to leave 72 hours before using which we did. The mattress itself is very comfy and neither of us has woken so far with an aching back. Would highly recommend for quality and price.

I neeed a replacement mattress after suffering a back problem but hadn't chosen one before I ended up in hospital needing a new mattress as soon as I got home resorted to Amazon whilst in hospital. Delivery was very prompt. Although the package was heavy it was well packed and easy to open. We left it for 48 hours after opening and before using. It was fantastic and far better than we thought for the price. 10 months on and we are still really impressed with it especially given the cheap price. Would recommend.

I bought this for my child. The hardness is very suitable for the adolescent development period, and it is not too soft to cause hunchback. The child said that he slept very comfortably and was more energetic when he got up in the morning. It is a safe choice. The mattress is very good, the size is standard, the support is sufficient, and the packaging is tight and not damaged. The mattress is very elastic and will not collapse. There is no noise when turning over. The workmanship is fine and there are no threads. I highly recommend it and will buy it again if needed.

Decided to order this mattress based on great opinions on Amazon and for its pocket spring zones for reduced movement transfer. Unfortunately the size is not truly king size as fitted in the king size bed frame it leaves quite large gaps on the sides and does not sit where it supposed to sit ( the bed frame has brackets for mattresses to sit in). This causes mattres to move on the bed frame. The reduction in movement is not effective either and the mattess bounces. The layer of memory foam on top is thin as can also feel the springs below.It is thick and delivery was no issue but waiting for 72 hours to be able to use the bed is long time also. Quite disappointed overall.
